Cut in a fluid silk that drapes and clings in all the right ways, this cowl neck dress is splashed with a painterly watercolor tropical print - hibiscus and lilies, palm fronds and abstract blooms in acid green, marigold, fuchsia, electric violet and turquoise, all set against a deep black ground that makes every color glow.
