NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

2. SPONSOR

Sponsor: Seven Moods, Inc. 70 Magnolia Way, North Haledon, NJ 07508.

Platform provider: GotMine provides the SMS messaging platform used to collect entries and deliver the entry message.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on Friday July 24 10 a.m./p.m. Eastern Time and ends on Tuesday July 28 at the moment the first qualifying entry is received (the "Promotion Period"), as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor's records are the official timekeeping device.

4. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, GotMine, CheckCheck, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. 

5. HOW TO ENTER

Step one — join the list. Sign up for Sponsor's GotMine SMS. You must complete signup and confirm your subscription before July 28 at 10AM Eastern Time.

Step two — reply to the message. On July 28 at a random time, Sponsor will send a single text message to all confirmed subscribers. To enter, reply to that message with the numeral 1.

Commenting on any social media post, sending a direct message, following an account, or otherwise interacting with Sponsor's content does not constitute entry. You must be a confirmed subscriber and must reply to the message described above.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per mobile telephone number. Entries submitted by any automated system, script, bot, or by any means other than a manual reply from the subscribing device are void.

6. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE) 

Random drawing among qualifying replies. Change the winner determination in Section 7 so that all replies received within 60 minutes of the message being sent are pooled, and one winner is selected at random from that pool. Mail-in entries received by the deadline are added to the same pool. This is the cleaner structure and is recommended.

7. WINNER DETERMINATION

The first qualifying reply received by Sponsor's platform, as recorded by that platform's receipt timestamp, will be the potential winner. The platform's timestamp is the official record and Sponsor's determination is final.

Ties and indeterminable order. If two or more qualifying replies bear an identical timestamp, or if the order of receipt cannot be determined, the potential winner will be selected at random from among the tied entries.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants and the speed of their replies.

8. PRIZE

One (1) grand prize: a pre-owned Chanel Jumbo Flap handbag, independently authenticated by CheckCheck. Approximate retail value (ARV): $3995 USD.

The prize is awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, by Sponsor. The prize is not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All costs and expenses not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM

The potential winner will be notified by text message at the number used to enter within [24 / 48] hours of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within [72] hours of notification and must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release, together with a completed IRS Form W-9, within [7] days of receipt.

If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the stated period, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to return the required documents, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next qualifying entrant in order of receipt, time permitting. Sponsor is not obligated to award the prize if no eligible entrant claims it.

10. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the ARV of the prize exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the ARV as income, and the winner must provide a completed Form W-9 as a condition of receiving the prize.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, and statements about the promotion for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

12. MATERIAL CONNECTION DISCLOSURE

Nik Pollina Pulzello, founder of Sponsor, serves as an advisor to GotMine, the SMS platform used to collect entries. This relationship is disclosed in all promotional materials for this promotion. GotMine has not funded or provided the prize; the prize is provided and funded solely by Sponsor.

13. SMS TERMS

By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Sponsor at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. Opting out after submitting an entry will not invalidate an entry already received, but Sponsor may be unable to deliver winner notification, in which case the prize may be forfeited under Section 9.

14. NO AFFILIATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Chanel, Inc. or any of its affiliates. Sponsor is not an authorized Chanel retailer, dealer, or licensee. The prize is a pre-owned item sourced on the secondary market.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Apple Inc., or Google LLC. Entrants release each of these entities from all liability arising from this promotion.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND PLATFORM RISK

Sponsor is not responsible for, and entrants release Sponsor from liability arising out of: text messages that are not delivered, delayed, misdirected, or received out of order; errors, outages, or failures of the SMS platform or of any carrier network; incorrect or inaccurate timestamps; technical malfunctions of any telephone, computer, or network; lost, late, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected entries; or any injury or damage to any person's device or property related to participation.

⚑ Counsel to draft full limitation-of-liability, indemnification, and force majeure language, and to advise on whether GotMine's terms of service indemnify Sponsor for platform downtime during the entry window.

If for any reason the promotion cannot be conducted as planned, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion and to award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the action requiring such cancellation, modification, or suspension.

16. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

17. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at [PRIVACY POLICY URL], and to GotMine's privacy practices as the platform provider.
